Regulations
RESERVATION TERMS
1. The reservation is confirmed after a 30% deposit is paid within 3 days of making the reservation by phone or email. Making a reservation is equivalent to being familiar with and accepting the regulations of our cottage "SIUMNO CHATKA".
DEAR GUESTS, BELOW IS OUR REGULATIONS
1. The rental period in the cottage starts on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM and ends on the day of departure at 11:00 AM.
2. Payment is due in cash on the day of arrival.
3. Any additional person can be accommodated with the owner's consent and for an additional fee.
4. We do not accept pets.
5. When leaving, please check that all electrical appliances are turned off, and windows and doors are closed.
6. Check-in and check-out occur in the presence of the owner and the renter.
7. Smoking is strictly prohibited. If it turns out that smoking occurred in the cottage on the day of departure, guests will have to pay a fine of 1000 PLN.
8. Open flames (e.g., candles, oil lamps, gas lamps, personal electric and gas stoves) are not allowed in the cottage.
9. When using the grill located next to the cottage, please exercise caution due to the wooden structure and finish (do not leave the grill unattended); we only use charcoal in the grill!
10. To maintain the cleanliness of the wooden floors and the entire cottage, please wear slippers.
11. Trash and other waste should be disposed of in the container located next to the cottage.
12. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
13. Guests are financially responsible for any damages.
14. Cleaning of the cottage occurs with a minimum stay of 6 nights. Each additional cleaning incurs a fee of 60 PLN.
15. The renter is responsible for all personal belongings in the cottages.
16. In the event of a serious violation of the Regulations, the Renter is entitled to shorten the Guest's stay and require immediate departure from the "SIUMNO CHATKA".
17. Unregistered persons may stay in the cottage from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
18. The presence of unregistered persons in the cottage after 10:00 PM is equivalent to the renter consenting to the paid accommodation of these persons. Unreported persons will pay double the price.
19. The owner has the right and obligation to check the safety status of the cottage daily.
20. In case of cancellation of your stay covered by the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable and is converted into a voucher that can be used within 2 years. This does not apply to the Winter Holidays, May Day, Easter, Summer Holidays, Christmas, and New Year's Eve. Deposits for stays during these periods are non-refundable. In case of shortening the stay covered by the reservation, the payment for unused days is non-refundable.
21. The price of the cottage includes a Russian bath (jacuzzi). In case of its failure during the guests' stay, the previously agreed price of the cottage remains unchanged. The owner is obliged to remove the malfunction as quickly as possible.
22. Organizing parties is prohibited (bachelorette and bachelor parties, etc.).
